About Hire Hospitality

Hire Hospitality was founded by two friends who met when managing hospitality venues in the early 2000's. Vincent went on to found a highly successful recruitment agency and Rob has spent over 20 years working in senior leadership positions with some of the most respected food and beverage operators across the UK, most recently as a consultant, working with venue owners to turn around their business. They have blended their unique expertise and experience in both front-line hospitality and recruitment, to service an ever growing demand in an industry that was in desperate need of a recruitment partner who understood both the hospitality industry, and the world of recruitment.
